gonna hazard a guess here; but here it goes:
she was never taught that some things are socially unacceptable due to the lack of parenting (absentee or skill) and most likely she never graduated any kind of school, because she behaves like real life is just like high school, where being the last name caller wins.

No, but they're dumb enough that they'll come back and just assault(shoot) him and maybe paralyze him or cause some other permanent injury(death) while they do minimum time, which they would've done anyway the way they're acting.

I love watching people get tazed.
It's fascinating.
It's WAY better (watching it) in person.
If i see someone mouthing off to cops and getting belligerent, inside i'm going,
"Yes! You should definitely take another step towards the officer holding that yellow thing!! Wave your arms around too!!"
