    Would you call every game where people throw a ball into a basket basketball? MMA is now a specific rule-set. Going forward it is only MMA when it follows those rules.

    K1 would be an example in the past one might be able to call it MMA as it is a mixture of striking arts. However now, you would just look foolish to define it as such.

    As a side note I really don't like the term MMA but we are stuck with it.

    Pay close attention to how Kimura passes Helios guard with next to 0 effort.

    You also when you watch the video you should also see how Kimura properly keeps himself positioned to prevent Helio from recovering guard.
