yeah i was being sarcastic. i dont know if youve been following the post but we dont have much video and we dont really compete so their wont be any jukoshin ryu competition videos

I feel sad for you. You've been sold a lie and you're in denial about it. Seriously, all it would take is a week of judo and if your goal is truly about self defense and not some kind of choreographed japanophile playacting, you will thank us all.

BTW this is coming from someone who spent time studying an equally useless art for longer than he cares to admit.

Brian Cheek the creator of this style is a 5 time british judo champ, in his time. he is 7th dan in judo, 8th in kobudo, 10th in jiujitsu. he is in sixties now and mostly practicing jukoshin ryu

judo is not well rounded enough to be a self defense on it own. i might as well keep doing taekwon do.

im not in denial or anything, ive never said my style is perfect, ive never bashed anyon else, all ive said was that i like it i wish to introduce this self defense style of martial arts.

Im pretty sure he is ranked what he is, just because there is no online records does not mean that it doesnt exist. ive been to his dojo in london and ive seen on of his awards and certificate from all around. i could probably dig something up.
