I don't know him personally, but based on those 2 links I would think twice about training with him.
Apparently, he trained under Wally Jay which is, admittedly, pretty cool. -

You should read this stickies associated with this part of the forum, as this is not an appropriate thread for MABS.
That being said according to his website he is the founder of the " Five Element Kyusho system of nerve attacking" and an 8th degree blackbelt under George Dillman, along side koga-ryu.
So I if by "legit" you are asking if he is a high rank under George Dillman, then I would probably say that its true(cause who would lie about that?) If you are asking me if it is a good place to learn applicable self defense, then I would say no. If you want to verify his rank with George Dillman, you should start a line of inquiry with his association. -
