    I was just watching this on CNN, and when I saw that name I thought "I think there was something a few months ago about this guy on Bullshido!"

    This is absolutely crazy, but (if guilty on either charge) I'm glad they got him off the streets. There is a chance that he sent the Ricin letters because of his pending charges.

    I feel sorry for the other guy that got dragged into it. I'm glad that he had a good attorney.

    Please keep this discussion limited to factual information and not expression of personal feelings.

    I can appreciate this is an emotive subject but this thread is situated in the investigative forum thus personal feelings and opinions (unless substantiated) have no place in this thread.

    An arraignment is the phase in a criminal case after arrest where the defendant has their charges presented to them in written form, and if there is no attorney, read to them so they "understand" what they are being charged with.
