So through the weaving tubes of the internet, I someone found myself browsing the forum HoodUp, which is an online community for people in gangs. Most insightful, especially for someone as overwhelmingly white and suburban as myself.

Sounds like a dude trying to use Victorian parlance in an urban-youth-atmosphere forum, which hasn't been a valid tactic for "World's Greatest Internet Troll" since like '98 or something silly like that. Maybe I just haven't read enough of them.
