José Aldo vs Frankie Edgar - It's hard to ever bet against Aldo, and I'm not starting now. Two of Edgar's biggest edges at LW were his speed and cardio, but that's not going to be the case in this weight class. And he's never fought a striker with Aldo's mix of power, technique, speed, and finishing ability. If Aldo catches him with a big shot, he's not going to burn himself out going for the finish like Maynard did. A long, painful night for Edgar ends with a KO in round 4.
Rashad Evans vs Antônio Rogério Nogueira - I don't see how Rashad loses this. Nog 2 couldn't even beat Jason Brilz convincingly, I expect him to get taken down and pounded out by round 2. -

Such a stacked card, this one.
I'm not convinced Frankie will be as competitive at featherweight. He's not gonna be the super quick in-and-out fighter that he was. Gonna give this one to Aldo.
Rashad should have no great problem pounding out a decision.
The 'Reem will take Bigfoot's over-sized head clean off. I mean look at that chin - how could he miss?
Fitch v Maia is going to the ground. If Fitch can avoid the sub for 15 minutes then he'll
beat Maia up quite handily. Not that beating Maia's subs will be easy. -

As far as big shots coming from aldo, all I see is a right leg kick, I believe frankie edgars hands are much better than aldos, aldo moves forward and sets up his right leg kick, edgar moves around using angles while he tags you in the face. I Like both these fighters but Im giving this one to edgar.

Haven't felt that satisfied by a fight outcome in ages. I now forgive Silva for beating up Fedor back in the day. He's kind of an infuriating fighter, you know - nowhere near good enough to seriously challenge the champions of his division but this makes it twice he's completely derailed massive hype trains.
What should have been obvious to everyone years ago has now been reinforced: Overeem has a shitty chin, poor defense and relies on his bulk advantage far too much. He will fucking die if he should face JDS, although I feel that he might catch Cain. -
