Sounds like an invitation to flame to me! **** YOU AND YOUR FUCKING PUNY ABS, ***** ASS MOTHA-BITCH!
Seriously, I'll try and write down my current ab workout that my instructor taught me...."The depressing thing about tennis is that no matter how good I get, I'll never be as good as a wall." - Mitch Hedberg

What are you trying to accomplish?
You want stronger abs? or better looking abs?
If you want to look good, the most important exercise to do are 'push aways', as in push away that food, cause it is mostly about body fat %.
If you want stronger abs, experiment with stuff like:

I want to be able to go down to one of those mega gyms and and take a pilates class and after an hour of making the instructor look bad ...say something witty like "you call that a workout? I'll show an abs workout old school, biiiatch." -

reverse crunches work great...
you can try this method...
pick 2 or 3 days out of the week. Do 80% of the max number of crunches you can do every hour for 10 hours...for one day. so say you can do 100 crunches...then do around 80 crunches every hour for 10 hours . so in one day you'd be doing a total of 800 crunches...you can probably try switching up between 2 ab excersises too...like doing leglifts...then the next set do crunches etc.
and yea cut down on the sugary/fatty foodsPut your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That's relativity.

Hindu situp will make your abs TEH D#4DLY!!1!
Seriously though, whatever ab workout you do, be sure to complement it with the same amount of lower back exercises. You'll be amazed at how much stronger your abs seem and you'll prevent a lot of back problems and poor posture.
