    LOL!

    Seriously though, there are underwater techniques that the elite learn in the military. It's very different from land fighting obviously, even with the varied terrain.

    What I remember seeing is more punching and pushing with the legs. But there really is no need for them, the real reason I believe is just so you get a better "feel" of the water and how to move about

    Wait i thought training in water like running from one end if the pool to the other or what ever was for the amount of resistance the water has like a big wet Bow Flex
