Been having a great time, the last few training sessions. I actually want to hang back again. It's hard keeping that ego down (And natural response) to go harder but it's so much more rewarding.
I was thinking last week, 'My coach ways all of 65kg and he can throw us all around, how can I do the same?"
Really trying to take strength out of the equation. I am also asking some of the more gung-ho younger guys to turn down the pace just a bit when rolling.
