    Absolutely she should work with the coach, not you, unless it's to help with drills. Unless you have very good control and can absolutely control her fall and know how to give feedback, just let her throw you around instead.

    It is always the best choice. Work with the highest quality people you can. People shy away from working with the sensei, but it is the best thing for your judo.

    it will take time - I still tense up after 5years . If shes really nervous dont let white belts throw here - only highly skilled people
