Hi sir, good luck with your next fight, i hope you win.
If i may ask a question about the face saver head gear you wear. How do you rate it? it protects the nose well i see but does it impair vision from upper cuts and kicks?
Why did you choose this face saver type? Oh and what is the brand?
Thank you very much. -

I like it. A good one doesn't impair vision too much, and after the eye injury especially I think it's important to have maximum protection in training. I think this one is a "winning"

Awesome video! The exercise where you are standing on one leg and moving the other one front to back, is that for a specific muscle group or to mimic a specific function?

That's a good question. It depends on the fight really. Obviously the best thing is to get someone who fits the bill as both, or a couple guys that cover both bases, but that isn't always easy. If the guy is an extremely good specialist like Palhares then I think it makes a big difference to get a specialist like them in. For Palhares I brought in Dean Lister (Master of Leglocks), Davi Ramos (Built like Palhares, Master of Footlocks), and Daniel Moraes (Master of Defense and Counters) and I feel like they basically made me immune to Toquinho's game.
That's more for the muscle group to get loosened up. I use that to mainly warm up.Dedicated to your success,

Well it sure as hell worked! I was standing up screaming when he caught your leg, I thought for sure you were done for. Halfway through the first round, when he had your leg, and the heel hook was right there, did it feel like 'just another day at the office' because you were that comfortable defending the leg locks or did you have a big 'OH ****!' moment until you got away from it?
