Would You Train Somewhere Gang-Affiliated?

If you want to be a cop then don't train there. However, if you want a job people might respect... buy a motorcycle and join that gym instead.

Does jumping new members in count as sparring?

This guy is lucky that his gang name has the number 13 and not, say, 100 in it. Also, the guys doing the beating seem to be sober and in control. From the moderation shown, the initiate is probably also someone with friends and/or relatives already in the gang. I'm not claiming to be an expert, but I have close family in corrections and in probation / parole work and from what they've told me, serious injuries are not uncommon when guys beating / jumping someone in go overboard.

Any afiliation that you have with a "gang" or "club" will keep you out of all kids of security clearances and Law Enforcement jobs. So keep that in mind.
