The most common place to run into HAMC is on the highway, and yes, they do **** with the average citizen.

Not a logical fallacy at all. My point was that the most likely way to encounter them is to buy drugs,guns, or whatever from them.

Yep because the world of drugs, guns, and violence lives in a little bubble that is only popped by people that go looking for it.
The meth heads that buy the guns and meth only rob and kill each other.
The Hell's Angels only drive on "special" streets and never ever encounter civilians. They only drink at special "biker" bars and only eat at special "biker" restaurants. They only shop at special "biker" liquor stores and live in special "biker" communities.
