    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Would You Train Somewhere Gang-Affiliated?

So I was just looking at MMA gyms around and came across this one, one of the only ones around, and was interested till I saw "Proud Sponsor of the hell's Angels biker club"
does this actually attract people to their club?
Not only am I morally opposed to Hell, I as an informed citizen know that the Hells angels are in fact involved in organized crime despite what they say.

That would look horrible on a police application. Yeah I train on the weekends with some hells angels. Unless they want some undercover or something. But even ignoring that I am morally opposed to organized crime, murder, drugs and all that stuff.
And personally I think harleys are loud and annoying but thats neither here nor there.

would you join a club that so obviously sponsored a criminal organization?

    Define "sponsor".

Unless I felt like I was in physical danger... if the school was the best in the area i probably would.

Yea, what does sponsor mean? Do they donate stuffed animals for Toys for Tots or are they affiliated?

I would actually talk to an instructor/owner of the gym and see what the deal is before you make a decision; it might not be as cut and dry as you think.

To answer your question: If I knew an organization supported something I disagreed with, I would probably not want to be affiliated with.

By Sponsor it would probably mean they pay their dues to the MC, every month. The instructor is probably a member or an associate with close ties. Personally, I would avoid the club only because I have friends in other clubs and wouldn't want to cause any friction with my friends. It's difficult enough that my friends are in different clubs, adding to the mix that I would be training in a club that's entirely different from theirs, ****, I'd want to be learning how to defend myself real good.

It could also be a breeding ground, they'd see who has a knack for intimidation, who gets on well with the club. It could also be a front business, especially if they have "cash deals" for members.

I'm going to ignore your "I hate Harley and Hell" rant.
No, I wouldn't talk, train or mingle with people that support an organization I do not like. Still, it would keep the people they can't stand out of their gym.

All I'll say is grow up a bit and do some more research.
