Horse ****, if he was implying this is the case in Australia, he is full of Farts and Fosters (wind and piss, just made that up and I like it). I'm sure it is the same the world over that a martial artist with a black belt would be held to a higher accountability in a court room for his actions committed in self defence (I recently had to answer to heightened queries regarding my fucking white belt in BJJ in a court matter where I plead not guilty by way of self defence), but to announce that you have a black belt is ridiculous. Not only that, it would set up a legitimate defence for the other person for escalated force.

These are all 2011 or 2012 questions. It is still going around and it isn't just old movies. It never died in the 70s, I heard that **** until I quit my Mcdojo. Hell, I passed that **** along in the 80s.
