Help me figure out if Guided Chaos is a legit defense.

And this : BJJ (proper Judo) does NOT teach one to not harm the opponent. A broken arm and unconciousness aren't trifling things.

WRONG. Of course it's possible to move your testicles around - do your research! 5:30 for video proof.

Legit? Buy a knife.
You can get some basic fighting skills from 6 months of BJJ or Muay Thai, but being able to reliably beat the **** out of people takes a lot of work.

I would put my money on the guy with 6 months of judo over the guy with no training. I wouldn't however blow more than I could afford to lose.

Your best defense is to learn habits that keep you from becoming a victim. Awareness, and the buddy system go a long long way.
