Drill some tomorrow but mostly take it easy, just do the reps slow and correct.

I had to cancel my last judo comp due to over enthusiastic 'practice' a few days before, that resulted in a nasty pulled back muscle

1 hour before competition. Raw simple carbs and protein. Start the day with some fat intake.

I lost. I'll post the match when I get it from my friend. All I know is I've experienced a new level of tired. One minute I was fine, breathing and winning. The next I felt like my body was responding on a delay. When my coach yelled out "You only have one minute and thirty seconds to go". I was like WTF.
It was an awesome experience. Will definitely do it again and I look forward to critique from you guys when I post the matches.
