Doing padded stick sparring last night for some of our Brown Belts who'd just graded (they had to fight 8 of us in a row, good times), instructor starts shouting to me:
"Forget about the head, just hit him in the body, it hurts more!" Which is good advice when he's wearing a WEKAF helmet but no armour.
