This one confuses me a bit, I thought anger caused you to lose focus. I could see maybe an increase of adrenaline from it, but wouldn't it be better to fight smart rather than angry??

We had to cut out "Purpose" after Anger or it would have been a novel, not an image macro; felt it was sufficiently implied.

If fear leads to anger which leads to focus which leads to effort, the only victor is the ignorance of which spawned the fear.
Fear is what keeps people from bettering themselves. Fear causes delusions of adequacy. Fear is a mind killer.
