Style: belt and jacket wrestling
Just last night, we did some drills where tori had to continually attack, while uke could only defend. If tori was not attacking every 2-3 seconds, then we would stop and start over.
It helps some of our guys who don't have as much of a competitive aggressiveness.

We will also have impromptu sumo matches every once in a while, because there isn't such thing as non-aggressive sumo. The nature of that kind of wrestling is more directly competitive, and after a while, even the more subdued guys will be forced to get after it.
**I have historically had a huge problem with not being aggressive enough, and it is something that I have only recently begun to overcome. The development of this thread is important for guys like me who got their start at lazy BJJ schools.**
