By giving them a NEVER SURRENDER ACTITUDE and will to win that a lot of schools try to inspire in their practicioners, YOU TIRED YOU DONT GIVE UP YOU GO HARDER
and the keep rolling vs fresh oponnents dont give up damm it!! would also be excellent

You don't.
You train intensity.
Gauntlet works for pretty much everything.
One person in the middle and every body else helping out. So imagine a big line of people picking on one guy
1 minute you take them down resisted.
1 minute they take you down resisted.
1 minute off the wall them taking you down.
1 minute you taking them down.
1 minute unresisted takedowns.
Or something like that mix and match depending on what you do for comeptition or what strengths you want to work on.
Or fighters will do 15 minutes above is generally the first set. Then you might do a ground work set escape guard,escape mount, or pummeling for underhooks or something like that
And it is done flat knacker. Person in the middle falls down then he gets dragged back up untill he either times out or dies.
