Is modern Neo Nazis a WASP movement? I know the original Nazis were not a Wasp movement but have not spent any time studying Neo Nazis.

They have a strong relationship is the best way to put it. I am no expert mind you, so tying them to the wasp "movement" itself may or may not be accurate however, based on a few uncomfortable run ins with Neo-Nazis and the Aryan Brotherhood. I would say that it appears to be the standard that they use for what is human or not.

Swastikas are not presently seen this way in counties where temples have them on the doors and walls, and for most of our history nobody, anywhere, saw them negatively.

Is their one symbol that is just plain old universally good or bad across the world?

Symbols for the most part represent people, ideals, organisations, ect.
I can't think of a single one of these things that goes beyond reproach.

No, there are a few that the majority look upon negatively. If one of them offends me, I merely look away and don't have much to do with whomever is wearing or displaying it. Probably should have said something like: I don't want to wear any symbol that would offend the people in the area I am lurking at the time.

If they get offended by my Billabong board-shorts, they are some petty motherfuckers and although no offense was intended, I don't care if they are butthurt. They have a two options, look away and ignore me, or confront me and listen to me politely tell them to **** off.

Maybe in USA, but not in other countries. I've seen peruvian neo-nancyes who are clearly native americans and don't forget about Greece and some eastern Europe countries, where this movement is large.

Interesting... I truly believed all Hindu swasticas were turned left. Didn't know and didn't bother to check till now. Thanks. It appears they used both forms.

Anyone who visits countries with Hindu and/or Buddhist temples will find some with swastikas facing in both directions. Common example: top-frame rows of swastikas facing left on the left side of the main entrance and others facing right on the other side. Swastikas have been drawn, in both directions--and in both straight-line and curvilinear configurations--at least since they were first scratched on rocks, long before temples were built.
