    Have you and Omega used them very effectively? do you think they can be used as a large part of the kicking arsenal if properly trained?

    I'm very interested in sidekicks in Kyokushin they are practiced but not very used at least where I trained

    Sirc and KK both use it because they train in gyms where the standup foundation is San Shou and not Muaythai. in fact their coaches fought back in the day.

    BTW UFC fighter Pat Barry is in this vid winning Silver for the US. Cung is billed as "Mr San Shou" in the UFC but he never got better than bronze at world's
