I agree with you 100%. I wasn't trying to create the illusion that I am a contributor (to anything besides tomfuckery), but I am saying I would like to be and that I would like to see this site turn around.

I've said this to myself on numerous occasions.

No argument there. In this day and age, where every phone has a video camera, there is no excuse for said person not to have at least one video of themselves in action. A short example of skill would answer that question. No automatic compliance is needed.
