I told you, I'm done being reasonable with this. Anyway, ask Zendo.

I totally don't understand why there is so much argument in this thread.

Does anyone think it's reasonable to put something in your style field that you absolutely don't train in and have no real experience with? Are we cool with that now? I can slap Muay Thai up there because it's, y'know, sorta close to Taekwondo? Are we doing that now? Is that a thing?

Seems like people should have no problem maintaining the accuracy of their style field. How is that even a problem? It takes like 2 mouse clicks to change it.

Also, IIF, stop being stupidly cryptic with your posts. I hate that **** and I don't have time for it.

I is unbelievable to me that this would even be debated on this site. It's a core value.

    two things:

1- did you get a haircut yet?

2- I'd say put in your stylefield what you (think) you are training. or make sure to be clear that you HAVE trained in it.

AFAIK nobody is suggesting it's OK to put lies in there.

From what I gather the issue here is that Matt is nitpicking over the tense in the sentence of Phrost's sticky. By his logic I should put "nothing" there since I haven't been actively training any martial arts in the past six months regardless of what experience I have in BJJ or Judo, but as soon as I get back onto the mats I can change it back.

If that's what he is indeed suggesting it's pretty stupid and incredibly pedantic, since I always took it in "what you have most experience in" kinda field.
Curiosity killed the cat. But damn it had a blast.

Matt is flailing, looking for some sort of internet win against TS. I like the point Kintanon is on about, but I agree with IiF - Matt is all over the map, right now.
