Spin away, but there is no way this site ever stood for putting Sambo in the style field and then not training Sambo. Nor has it been about putting Sambo in the style field and then training at some no-contact non-alive place with Sambo written over the door. Nor has it been about staff doing either of these things.

Since my previous statement was apparently too nuanced for IIF:

The people that we choose to represent the site (Staff, Forum Leaders, etc...) should be representative of the sites values.

I guess we can start arguing about what those values are now. But I figured training martial arts in an alive manner was somewhere near the top...

YES, because this is the serious kind of fucking up the style field, and not the dance where you put in something you're not currently training. If a mod asks me to change it I'll change it to 'none' or I'll start training.

Once again, Matt gives himself a special dispensation. I mean geez, why listen to the mods? After all, some of them don't kick as well as Omo thinks they should. I bet a couple of them don't even train very much.
