I think that vid I posted shows what I mean about people getting sloppy in their early fights. Find the person's best moment, and that's probably indicative what they look like in sparring, when nerves and adrenalin are not in play.

I looked at it a few times,though at first glance it looks great, it basically lacked in power, the other kids head hardly moved. And i think that if you look at his feet, not the torso you can see why. He doesn't time the (cigaret butt squishing movement) correctly, it starts too early, and there is not enough power coming from the bole of his foot exactly when the punch lands, the torso and shoulder movement is great (though he defensively looks down while doing it and than misses the third punch because of it.). His right foot should have been heavier on the ground when the punch landed imo.
