The reason I would support a degree tag.

It might be nice to force someone to verify that they actually have one.

All and all though I don't think it means much.
This is a martial arts site not an academic one. Even then do you think that will do much? Some degrees mean more than others. Phd versusmasters versus bachelors versus associates. Art versus science? Even here we distinguish only Judo, Kyokushin, and BJJ.

Well, here's "I Wish" by Stevie Wonder from practice earlier. Our keyboard player couldn't make it today

(And yes, I know I'm showing my winter weight right now. Gonna do some running after looking at this video.)

Probably not just spit balling not overly thought out ideas.

Very true. To further illuminate your point not all subjects are created equal.

Why is this anyways? There are all be it a small number of other Martial Arts that seem to be respected enough.

I used that Uptight groove a little here, with questionable success.

I have no degree in any subject and I've been published in Science magazine more than once. Good Will Hunting university FTW.

Jamerson I believe, and thanks! My voice is absolutely shot right now, due to having played football on Thanksgiving and partying the last couple days. Gives it some grit, but not hitting the notes as squarely as I'd like. Now here's some Robert Cray with an additional guitar player and a different drummer.
