11 to 15 hours a week...
lemme think back to when I was at the peak of my training...
lets say 14 hours a week: thats 7 times 2 hours, correct?
could be 5 nights of 2 hours which makes 10, and then an extra long training on a saturday afternoon.
its not far fetched.
In my 20ies I'd train most weeknights (some weeks all, others I felt lazy or injured) and do saturdayafternoon 2 to 3 hours judo.
That sounds superpro, but I can assure you many of those hours were pretty moderate warming up sessions and shooting the **** while going through techniques with some sparringrounds at the end.
Its 'training' but it isnt really TRAINING.
Hours of training say little to me if I do not know what the training consists of. -
Merry Christmas! shitter's full...

oh, and lebell, you show that you once had good skill, but can't perform at your old levels anymore. rafe and zen (2010 zendokan, i don't know what his sparring looks like now) show that they did not have good skill but are trying to make exuses for their sloppyness. i still remember posting that video to my facebook and asking my fighter friends to chime in on it, and the consensus was "no training".

You're injecting too much of your own "analysis" into this. The challenge to Cy was part of a co-ordinated effort to force action on someone who was up to no good, and got banned for it. I never believed Cy would accept the challenge (it was made for the sole purpose of flushing him out), but Kintanon called that bluff and stepped up for him. I was not "thrashing around randomly" at all. I was working with a group of other members to accomplish a specific goal, and trying to maintain my own pride in the process. Your perception of those events were your own. THAT'S the context your talking about: your perception that I was erratic.
Dude is unstable, obsessive and potentially dangerous IMO.Ironically I somewhat advocated to give Cy some slack, the same guy who is currently E-stalking me and making veiled threats...lolz.

Affraid it will make you feel inadequate?
yeah my ass will do that to a man.
Hey, thats seriously awesome, good for you.How badly do you fail at this? I took up bike riding and running to my new 9000+ sqft gym. I even make my Ippon throwing daughter ride her bike from school with me and only use the car on long trips or rainy days.
Question: do you wear...*giggles* helmets when you ride a bike?

Nice try. Your skill shows and I said it from day 1. His did not and he said he was on that schedule currently. Not in the past, but right then.
Hey, I never said he didn't spend 11-15 hours hanging around 4 different gyms. He said TRAINING not 'training'That sounds superpro, but I can assure you many of those hours were pretty moderate warming up sessions and shooting the **** while going through techniques with some sparringrounds at the end.
