For that about Indy --- isn't it obvious, that mut Shia LeBitch will continue the legacy...
Devil, you still hunting the communists? Congrats. By the way Red dawn was an awesome movie, have it in my collection. Watching Tomorrow when war began set me in more physical pain than a match with Mike Tyson. Luckily the only thing that I go to movies for is cartoons (The brave was my last exploit and I liked it), so I downloaded all from Star wars to Batman. Only if a movie gets an extremely good rating, I might be able to consider to buy a ticket, oh and for some European, Asian... (Mongol) stuff.
It's not enjoyable to sit in the cinema while punks throw popcorn around, laugh, talk, use phones, babble in a drunken mist and pass you for the toilet. I almost headbutted one of those weirdos...
I swear that my sister's boyfriend had to hold me back. But they were so weird, they might pack a knife... Or a needle.

For the next star wars they should get either Tarantino or Sam Raimi to do it. Go for the full R rating no more of this PG13 crap.

I'll be the happiest fanboy on Earth if Episode VII gets the same treatment that Tron Legacy did.
I.E. Tastefully updateing the look in appropriate ways but steadfastly honoring the original design style of Ralph MaQuarrie's concepts. (MaQuarrie was also the main concept designer behind Star Wars) It wasn't so much a gritty reboot or re-imagining as it was a slick, modern tribute to what made the first movie so unique.
If they can produce a Star Wars film that is as heavily into the practical effects side as the originals, with the same "western film" sensibility and an APPROPRIATE use of CGI where it's actually an enhancement (instead of a crutch or bandaid) it would be the update that Lucas should have made but never did.
If they pull that off I may even consider rescinding my long standing offer to punch Bob Iger in the gouche.
...no promises though...

I for my part just hope one thing: That they bring Lawrence Kasdan back, somehow.
Big George wouldn't be too happy about it, but Kasdan seems metaphysically incapable of doing bad movies. Cheesy movies, yes, but not bad movies. Or, at least not of the kind that, uuuuhm, provoke terrible nightmares.
