Right on to bad it was the wrong forum. Bring that whit with you over to YMAS
How do you deal with a flurry of wild punches?
For some reason, Whenever I spar as soon as someone just starts throwing flurries of punches I can't find a way around it.
The only way I've managed to escape a flurry is through triangulation or also chain punching.
Block correctly and punch them back, when people throw flurries they usually mess up form. Shouldn't this belong in newbie town?

Not really and the irony is that it is almost sort of the correct response. the idea is that straight punches will beat hooking punches with beginners. So on a crappy enough fighter chain punching works.

Op are you just striking or wrestling as well.
Assuming you're not boxing, front kick/teep.
