Could have been this ************:

Who wouldn't risk letting off a few rounds at civilians, if they thought they might hit Ben Afflek?

Well, I certainly didn't give the fucker any extra sympathy. I merely raised his case due to the blind stick/samurai sword error. I'm more than happy to keep updating the forum with similar cases, but I'm going need something along the lines of:
- guide dog mistaken for hyena
- zimmer frame mistaken for AT-AT
Let's see what Lancashire Constabulary have in store for us. -

Whether he's 'blind blind' seems unlikely, given his statements in interviews about looking where he was going etc... They suggest 'visually impaired' is a better descriptor.
Either way any copper who is so fucking retarded as to mistake a slender white stick for a samurai sword needs to be stripped of their right to use a taser and subject to a major review of fitness to hold their post, if not sacked.
This case just, yet again, reinforces the need to make the police democratically accountable at a local level. With an elected representative being in place, with a specific remit to represent the public's view, in any inquiry or adjudication board. -

What does a reeve do? I heard that was like an elected sherif?
I'd never heard of it until I turned up to find a class cancelled because the town was electing one.
Is that not connected to the police even?
