I'm not any kind of authority on NAGA tournaments, but the point circuit is plagued with cliques & politics and people who cheat by "sandbagging" as you call it. I've been in the ring with guys who lied about their weight, could suck blood from their gums, and some real 'actors' who would do anything to win a fucking trophy.
If it has Tires or Tits, expect problems.
