Not so much fun for the belayer

First judo class since september

The guys were pleased to see me (which was nice)

I took it easy (no randori) and did not get hurt

A real relief

Now the holidays are over and the schools are back on, Judo has kicked off again for me too. Luckily we're all about the same age and we're all fat so first session back was more like a theory class lol

Because Holidays made Judo infrequent, I signed up to the local MMA gym for BJJ twice a week. I fucking love it and it's by far the best £65 I've spent this year.
