I am sure you can find quite a few people here willing to fight you under just the no eye gouging and ball foundling ones.
Most of us train in arts that have been proven effective in a Vale Tudo rule set.
MMA is born out of the Vale Tudo rule set and is a lot more rule light then you think.
You are running your mouth without apparently knowing a lot about what other people in these parts have studied.
So your research leason for the day is to look at

Judo
Brazilian JuJitsu
Boxing
muay thai

and get back to us.
