By the mad gods of Carcosa!

Have we really sunk that far, America? Have we really become so weak minded that a grown woman can't deal with an anonymous communication from a complete stranger by simply, someone stop me if I'm making crazy talk here, deleting the e-mail and forgetting about it?
Okay. Fine. I'm accepting. I am going to be completely accepting of this....and vote for Hitler's Brain in the Body of a Great White Shark in November.

He/It is both the candidate we need AND the candidate we deserve.

This will be my contribution to this argument:

"Yeah, if you have a childish inability to accept that people might disagree with you."

    That is all.

In fact, its important enough to be on the movie poster, and one of the incidents leads him on a series of realizations about the situation (basically, the opposite of this, where the lady refuses to acknowledge any impact or truth in the situation).

Don't news personalities get a fuckload of hate mail? Especially if you're looking like Rosie O'Donnel in a world where newswomen seem to be getting more dolled up and toned every year (I don't think its right, but I do think its accurate). I think that's a whole other cultural issue that suggests only pretty women are worth listening to and I think that's a pretty awful sentiment; my point is that she is the different one in the cheerleader role of the great highschool that is life. The part that I don't get isn't that she got this email, but that she didn't just drop it into her trash folder that's already full of emails just like it.

I don't want to come off like I'm making a joke about a fat lady, because I'm not. I just understand that public personalities are criticism magnets yet she (and her news anchor husband) are acting like this is the first piece of criticism they've ever gotten. Maybe she just read the email at the wrong stressful time.

I think the original author is a little out of line in saying that she should be a better role model to young girls, but IMHO she was already being a good role model by showing that a larger woman can be happy and successful and not get bogged down by haters, but her response kind of negated that.
Wait a minute...don't people chuck food at Nicholas Cage just on principle?

I cant stop chuckling at "the email meant nothing to me" but she lets it take over her life and ""You don't know me, but I am Fat." when the one thing he does know about her and comment on is that she is indeed fat.

    Fixed.

Someone should send her an email about how shitty her weather forecasting is, and how she's a poor model for young meteorologists everywhere.

She's already played the bully card once, she's got no move left...

Some of the people in the comment section need to be bullied. Supposedly, Ellen reached out and this **** is about to get dumber.

Don't forget we live in Americuh, where if you eat like **** your whole life and get Type II diabetes, you can just turn it into your next career opportunity, peddling pharmaceuticals and more food.

Remember how people came out of the woodwork to defend Paula Deen's terrible, blood sugar saturating diets after her condition was announced?

Step 1: Eat like **** your whole life
    Step 2: Get Fat
    Step 3: ...

    Step 4: PROFIT!!

“I was determined to share my positive approach and not let diabetes stand in the way of enjoying my life,” - Paula Deen
I don't think she understood the part where her body is shutting down because she eats like a heffer.

I've seen too many people stuck to dialysis machines who didn't eat like **** to ever sympathize with these kinds of people.
