Omega slackingggg.
Do you actually use this position, Shark? I just googled it, it looks like- "Here's a loose half guard so you can attack my legs and pass my guard freely. You're welcome."
The position just doesn't make sense to me, from only looking at it, from an offensive standpoint. I will talk to some coaches about it and report back."This is why we are here. Because the Martial Arts for too long have been cloaked in an unnecessary level of secrecy bordering on mysticism, and its in these shadows that the cockroaches love to hide. -Phrost"

I really like attacking the toe hold from the Z-guard or loose half. It just seems to gift it to you; even if you just use it to threaten and then pass.
Lack of experience here: The toe hold seems superior to attack from inside the z-guard, for the heel hook you don't have the isolation or control on their knee to really sink it in clean, or am I missing something? -
