    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Dynamic tension/ Tensed Qiqong and your experience?

I've recently started reading harry wong's book " Dynamic tension" and I've noticed that it's been used by martial arts practicioners all over the world for thousands of years.

Do you also have any knowledge or experience with it?

What kind of gains did you make?

I woke up at 6am and engaged in some moderately intense dynamic qigong.

When I logged into Bullshido afterward you were history.

My qigong must work pretty well.

seems our 12 year old friend was pretty busy cursing out people and using some of the more foul usage of English.

Yep I was reporting his posts during the witching hour early this morning.

Your beard probably frightened him away.

12 year-old boys can't handle the sheer awesomeness of well-bearded men, with either words or fists.

I only clicked on this thread as I saw that Dale had replied and I thought it would be interesting.

Then I got sucked into the horror of Blackeroni's descent into madness.

    Thanks, Mr Dugas.

Well for what it is worth, Harry Wong's book "Dynamic Tension" was actually read and valued by several Bullshidi, making this thread not entirely useless.

    10/19/2011 11:25am,

Harry Wong has a great book on dynamic tension execrises. If that's what you're interested in, I strongly recommend it. Just don't let the cover put you off.

I got curious about this book and bought it 8-9 years ago. Followed the program (and a modified version using his principles but different movements) for a while, and have done it multiple times since. On the whole, I have to admit I rather like it. It definitely feels like you're doing a lot of work.

You noticed that? How old are you?

Also, Dale, you look like a James Bond villain in that pic.
