His Dojo is listed and in that listing it states his Rank : 5th Dan.

Although on the same website under IBDA Ranking list there is no mention of any rank for Mike or Miguel Reina.

You more senior Bullshido guys may be able to let me know if this site is a reliable source for Booj.

The site's information is spotty. Just checking the handful of school's I'm familiar with turns up a number if inaccuracies. Some listed as open are closed, some that are closed re-opened. Some affiliations have changed, some instructors have changed... It's an indication that the instructor this thread is focused on is indeed under the Booj umbrella.

What I don't get though, is there's so much info on this and yet people, especially those higher up, seem to believe what they do is real and authentic. Not just in Th3 D34dly LOL (Been waiting a long time to use that) but a lot of the bullshit MAs going around.

Of course they do! How are they supposed to gain your confidence if they don't appear to be confident in the Booj themselves?

As are cult religions and get rich quick schemes; they all want their participants that: 1. they are doing the right thing, and 2. the reward is close at hand, and 3. it is wrong to hold back financially. They can separate you from your money and logical thought process with very little work because they are based on confidence.

While the use of less lethal substances are aluded too, I can't find any specific examples of what they used.
