How to improve leg flexibility?
Newbie here, been training in kyokushin on and off for a while and was wondering if anyone had any resources or vids for stretches that help improve leg flexibility (i want to be able to kick someone in the head). any help would be greatly appreciated.
PNF stretching is the way to go
over on the right hand side you will see stretches ones that are PNF will be labeled as such

Stretch machine if you want optimal results faster than natural.
You want mobility, rather than flexibility.
This video talks about hockey but the same ideas apply to MAs, and the definitions he gives are good.
