    If your first goal is boxing and BJJ, remember that lifting should be a secondary thing. In that way, you need a lot of results for minimal investment, so deadlifts and floor presses, or maybe clean and push press or something for low reps. Do that maybe twice a week. Keep your calorie expendature low.

    Also, obviously eat more. I won't be redundant here.

    - 9h a slice or two of bread with jam or cheese with a couple of cups of coffee (I dislike breakfast)
    Not sure either it is enough or not. But it seems to be interesting.

    Training 2-3 hours at a time? First thing that comes to mind is overtraining. Looking back at some "experts" whether it's Mike Mentzer, Ellington Darden, Medhi (Stronglifts), Mark Rippetoe, or Eric Cressey (a renowned powerlifter and trainer) all of them say the same thing. Workouts should be EFFICIENT....get the most out of your workout in as little amount of time as possible.

    After 45 minutes to an hour, your body begins to increase production of cortisol which begins to actually break down your progress...it's the body's response to stress. I'd advise keeping the workouts intense but drop the amount of time. More is not necessarily better....focus on quality over quantity in your workouts. Just my opinion.
