I'm guessing the suit is going to be a canvas for all sorts of CG. Otherwise... bleh. Can't go messing with Robocop like that.

    Ah, Clarence.
He was one of the great action-flick pricks, wasn't he ?

" Hi-ya..Barbara.Listen, I'm here to see Dick Jones, but after I'm done I've got some free time. Maybe you could..fit me in?"

One of the few movies I still have on VHS.

Hollywood's realized that for greatest profit, every movie should be The Dark Night?

Man, I liked the clunky Robocop better. He looked like 80's era high teck engineering. All stainless steel and innorganic lines.

That was a subtle, but terribly important theme in the film. It played upon the whole "post human alienation" that is the key conflict of the main character. In fact, post human alienation is a key theme in the cyberpunk genre.

They make him look like evengelion and now he's less robot, more techno dragon. Which is kind of super human, and more badass fun than off putting, tragic exploitation.

Murphy isn't suposed to like his new body! He's supposed to be confused and trapped by it.

What's next, a reeboot of The Godfather II with Justin Beiber? "Guest starring Miley Cyrus as Fredo".

Nah, nobody could tell them apart. Maybe for a musical version.....
"You broke my heart, my achey brakey heart; it's something I just can't understand...."

Here's the thing: Iron Man killed it for the metal Robocop; seriously after watching Robert Downey Jr. fly around with lasers and missiles, that sort of puts a damper on the guy clunking around on foot with a gun.

    Detroit...how I love you.

Notice how Robocop came out in 1987 and Detroit is still a crack-infested warzone.
