This also doesn't make any sense. I'm not the one who suggested to eat 5lbs of carbs with hardly any meat in it. You really should get to studying on what the difference between a complex polychain of carbohydrates are and what a simple chain of carbohydrates are. How the liver prioritizes what over other things and how you plan on losing all of that spare tire weight with "walking" and "doing push ups."
