I looked up their website and their "about" section is pretty informative. The head master looks very qualified:

- practiced "Chung Do Kwon Tae Kwon Do"
- "9th Dan" conveniently in separate sentence from "Chung Do Kwon"
- Wrote a book I guess
- Taught at West Point Military Academy and many elementary schools
- The first man to practice TKD in Antarctica(!!!)

Looks legit to me.

that has to be a joke, there's no way it's real I refuse to believe anyone would film that with a straight face and pass it off as legit

So, i watched this vid first,and like Israfel i thought "WTF!!, that can't be real or he's a poor example of it".

Then i watched the group vid @ #98 and ,wow. He's doing it exactly right. They ALL do it the same way!!

The rest of their videos are fantastic as well, I especially like the 6th Dan test that takes him 4 tries to break a board with a fucking Flying Sidekick.

I want to post all 50 of their videos, every single one is amazing. Head Master's sparring consists of Low Block -> (???) Kick in every video, flying palm defence against a bat, kicking trees in the mountains. Jesus Christ.
