Right now I'm a broken person because I don't train. My flexibility and cardio are gone, I get stiff when I sit too long. I can't regenerate if I don't release physical energy. I don't sleep well because my muscles bunch up due to stress.
My former BJJ teacher said it well. "If you qwuit, wallace, you gonna **** yoself up."
