Picture this;

Last night, my wife told me to choke on my gun. If I suggested anything of the sort at any time, I'd surely lose my kids, and maybe my freedom. My wife can say that, still get primary custody of the kids, and not get arrested for it. You tell me if things are fair.

I realise most every court system will only take the child from it's mother in the worst of scenarios, but I have heard of plenty of places that are father friendly in that the judges lean more towards a split custody agreement if that's what the father pursues (assuming there is no evident reason the father should be restricted in his custody).

Make sure you document that stuff like you would on a police report. Also, as I and a few others told IWM in another thread, don't post any more about this on the net. The net is not your friend and we have one member who was assaulted and screwed over because of his posts on bullshido.

No, it wasn't a divorce, but you get my point.

Yeah, I know that sucks. Hopefully she'll say something you can use to stand on in court if she's already saying stuff like that. Just keep your head up and be the best dad you can be. That's all I was saying.

Charles, you need to edit that last post before you even posted it. I have a feeling your wife knows you post here, so stop giving her ammo. What you need to do is kill her with kindness and be a MAN for your kids if nothing else. You kill her with kindness and don't post dumb **** like you just did and you will have a far better chance of seeing your children more.

If you like we make a race of this. I've been trying to kill my ex with kindness. It seems to be a very, very slow (and painless) death, but it will be well worth it in the long run. First ex to drop dead and the respective asshole gets 100 varrots. Ready, set, go!!
