I'm unfamiliar with this particular tournament, but the rules seem to indicate that it's all judges scoring form. Does it seem worthwhile to travel to China to participate in a dance off?

No, I don't want to do it. I was curious because a local school owner won medals at this tournament, and I was wondering about the legitimacy of them.
