Awesome interview with Tim discussing many things including Sport MA vs. TMA training. Good video with some techniques at the end using BJJ.

Towards the end they discuss Tim's use of "relaxed strength". They seem to suggest he has a very good sense of where to stabilize himself and apply leverage; that this is the source of his strength. Would that be a correct assessment? Or is relaxed strength some kind of function of muscle conditioning?
