I think the his whole point is that many MMA fighters are self absorbed with their image and egos and that song embodies the vanity of many fighters. I'm not sure if this is a little tongue in cheek or what MMA fighter would have big enough balls to actually walk out with a "I Dont Give a F" attitude.
